At Devira Online, we want you to love your saree. If not, we’re here to help!

  • Returns/Exchanges: Accepted within 7 days of delivery.

  • Condition: Saree must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and with tags intact.

  • Not Eligible: Sale items, customized/stitched blouses, or used/damaged sarees.

  • Process: Email us at support@devira.online or WhatsApp us on +91 [your number] to request a return/exchange.

  • Refunds: Processed within 7–10 business days after quality check (store credit/bank transfer for COD).

  • Note: Slight color variations due to photography/screen settings are not considered defects.
